Educational Qualification:
Candidates should be the Officers of the Central Govt or State Govt or PSU or Autonomous Govt Institutions holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department and possessing ‘O’ or ‘A’ level certificate for Information Technology from an Institute recognized by the Government.
