Warner Bros may cancel ‘The Flash’ due to Ezra Miller’s problems

Warner Bros. is the studio responsible for film franchises such as DC, Harry Potter, or The Lord of the Rings. It has a challenging task. The fate and direction of ‘The Flash’ are up to the executives. Ezra Miller will play Barry Allen, or Flash, the superhero speedster and member of The Justice League.

Miller was first seen in the role in 2016’s Batman V Superman. Then, in 2017, Miller appeared in a leading role with the ‘Justice League. However, Miller has been accused of involvement in a number of violent incidents. They were also accused of grooming a girl underage. Others attribute the behavior to mental illnesses.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. is considering three options about Miller’s fate. Miller seeks professional advice and later gives an interview in which he explains his actions. They could also do limited publicity for the movie which opens in theatres just as planned.

The second is that Miller may not seek assistance, but the film will still be released. Miller will not play an important role in the marketing of the film and his role would be recast.

Warner Bros can also decide to cancel the movie if they feel it is getting worse. Even though it was impossible to cancel a $90m ‘Batgirl” movie, the studio may have no other option.

The Flash movie, first confirmed in 2014 by Warners, seems to be cursed. It will continue to develop in hell. It has been through multiple filmmakers and writers over the years. Muschietti (who directed the It’ movies for Warners), joined the project.

The film was intended to mark Michael Keaton’s return to Batman’s role. The film’s theme is the multiverse and it can have multiple versions. Ben Affleck will be playing the Caped Crusader. Sasha Calle as Supergirl will also be seen in DCEU.
