Kanpur rode the Royal Enfield without a helmet and was fined by Kanpur police. Dhawan was filming for his upcoming film “Bawaal” when he was spotted at the feet of the Kanpur Traffic Police. Additionally, actors such as Kartik Aaryan as well as Kunal Kemmu were also observed riding bikes with helmets on.
